tbsp apple cider vinegar

box veggie patty
cup red cabbage

cup carrot
Instructions
1. In a large bowl combine your shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, shredded zucchini, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Mix until fully combined and place in the fridge. 2. In a pan over medium heat, add a teaspoon of olive oil and cook your veggie burgers on both sides for 4-5 minutes. 3. Toast your buns and add ketchup (if using) as well as your veggie burgers and rainbow slaw and enjoy!
