Instructions
1. Boil noodles briefly; drain. 2. Stir-fry shrimp then remove from the pan. Add in your aromatics and saute until cooked. 3. Add veggies, then sauces (oyster, hoisin if using, soy, sugar, chili oil) with a splash of water for glossy sauce. 4. Toss in noodles carefully—stir-fry to coat evenly. 5.
